🗳️ Bitcoin: The Guardian of Democracy?
Representatives Gabe Amo and Young Kim are pushing a bipartisan resolution highlighting Bitcoin's potential to strengthen democracy. Citing examples like Screven County, Georgia, where Bitcoin's blockchain secured election results, they argue that this technology promotes transparency and resists authoritarianism. While the resolution lumps Bitcoin with less secure blockchains, its focus once again underscores the importance of Bitcoin and that its immutable technology can be used in guarding democracy, at home and worldwide.
