📉 BlackRock's IBIT Sheds $528M, Bitcoin Cools Below $73K

Bitcoin slipped under $73,000 as BlackRock's IBIT posted $527.84 million in single-day outflows, its second-largest ever. The fund still holds $64 billion in lifetime net inflows, keeping it in the top 2% of all ETFs.

Why it matters: Outflow headlines rattle the people who rent Bitcoin while its owners keep stacking. The selling now routes through dark pools that absorb the shock as coins migrate toward long-term holders. Read more→

From spot market jitters to the futures plumbing...

⏰ CME Scraps Weekend Gaps, Goes 24/7 on Bitcoin

CME moved its Bitcoin futures to 24/7 trading on May 28, 2026, ending the weekend closures that created chart gaps. No new gaps will form, but three legacy gaps stay frozen near $80,000, $78,500, and $67,000 to $70,000.

Why it matters: The largest regulated derivatives exchange rebuilt itself around Bitcoin's always-open clock. Wall Street adapted to Bitcoin's hours, and that unfilled $67,000 gap still sits as a downside magnet. Read more→

Beyond price levels, the oldest coins draw fresh scrutiny...

⚖️ Lawsuit Hunts Satoshi's Coins With Lost-Property Law

A pseudonymous plaintiff, Noah Doe, is using New York's lost-and-found law to claim roughly 3.8 million dormant Bitcoin worth about $293.5 billion. The list includes Satoshi-attributed Patoshi addresses, 79,957 Mt. Gox coins, and a provably unspendable burn address.

Why it matters: A court can re-title a house, but it cannot forge a private key. Even total victory yields nothing more than a New York declaration on paper. Self-custody is the only ownership the protocol respects. Read more→
