⛏️ Bitcoin's Difficulty Algorithm Does Its Job
Bitcoin mining difficulty dropped 10.09% at block 953,568 after the prior epoch ran 15.6 days instead of 14. Network hashrate sat near 886 EH/s, down 12% in June and 23% from its October 2025 peak.
Why it matters: Difficulty is Bitcoin's automatic feedback loop: miners leave, blocks slow, the protocol lowers the work target, and surviving miners earn more per hash again. Read more→

🏦 BlackRock Packages Bitcoin Volatility Income
BlackRock filed Form 8-A for BITA, a premium-income Bitcoin ETF that would sell call options primarily on IBIT. The fund carries a 0.65% fee, while Goldman Sachs has a rival premium-income Bitcoin ETF in the pipeline.
Why it matters: Covered calls make the trade explicit: holders collect income because Bitcoin moves, then give up upside when Bitcoin outruns the strike. That is the price of the coupon. Read more→

🚀 Saylor's Mag8 Puts Bitcoin In Elite Tech
Michael Saylor's Mag8 frame adds SpaceX to the Magnificent Seven after its IPO and points to Bitcoin on elite balance sheets. Tesla holds 11,509 BTC, while SpaceX disclosed 18,712 BTC in its filing.
